The collected Information is used in
eligibility and feasibility determinations on borrowers' requests
for disaster set-aside; primary loan servicing (reamortization,
rescheduling, deferral, write down and conservation contractors),
buyout at market value, and homestead protection, as well as
liquidation of security.
. Currently, the number of
respondents is 17,174, the total annual response is 32,114 and the
total estimated burden of 12,036 hours. The number of respondents
(+2,240) and total annual responses (+4,187) have increased because
there are more borrowers participating in the loan servicing. The
travel times have been removed from the request that reduced the
burdens by -3,814 hours. he respondents go to the county offices to
do regular and customary business with FSA for any FSA or CCC
programs; this means no travel times is required specifically for
the information collection and therefore, it is no longer included
in the burden hour reporting.
