Information is used in eligibility and
feasibility determinations on borrowers' requests for disaster
set-aside; primary loan servicing (reamortization, rescheduling,
deferral, write down and conservation contractors), buyout at
market value, and homestead protection, as well as liquidation of
security.
In this request, the number of
respondents remained the same at 14,934 while the total annual
responses increased from 27,923 to 27,928 and the burden hours
decreasing from 15,858 to 15,850 hours. The increase and decrease
is attributable to a slight increase in servicing actions. No
changes were made to any forms or the servicing program which would
impact information collection.
