This is a revision of a currently approved collection. This information collection is currently approved with 175,391 burden hours and 675,867 responses. For this renewal, FNS reevaluated the burden of existing program tasks, added two requirements that were overlooked in the previous submission, deleted reporting burden associated with a form that has been moved into another collection, and adjusted the number of respondents based on current numbers of sponsors, camps, and other sites. These administrative changes increased the burden by 21,671 hours and 118,639 responses. FNS estimates that this collection will now have a total of 197,062 burden hours and 794,506 responses.
