Education claimants taking correspondence courses must be notified that the law allows them a five day period to reflect on their decision to enroll in a correspondence course and determine whether that course is suitable to their abilities and interests. The correspondence school contract is not effective unless the claimant affirms that contract after the expiration of 5 full days after the signing.
