The National Park Service (NPS) has used the Visitor Survey Card (VSC), as required by the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA) and other NPS and Department of the Interior (DOI) strategic planning efforts. The results are used to measure performance related performance measures regarding recreation services, and by park managers to improve the services they provide to visitors, while better protecting park resources.
The latest form for National Park Service Visitor Survey Card expires 2021-01-31 and can be found here.
