The purpose of this study is to
examine how state agencies, school districts, local operating
agencies, and schools implement education and transition programs
for children and youth who are migratory students under the
Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the
Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Title I , Part C.

This is a new information
collection. (In order to accommodate timeline issues, the
recruitment and study design were issued under a separate 1875-NEW
collection and will have it's own OMB number. )
