DOJ's FBI Uniform Crime Reporting
(UCR) Program is requesting PRA approval of a revision to an
existing collection that would request crime data from local,
state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies for the purpose
of the FBI UCR Program to serve as the national clearing house for
collection/dissemination of hate crime data.

hours have decreased due to the NIBRS agencies burden being
