grant recipients in order to ensure compliance with the regulations
and to ensure that the funds obtained from the Government are being
used for the purposes for which they were awarded.
Based on anticipated funding
levels, there is an adjustment decrease in the number of applicants
from 600 to 350 with a corresponding decrease of 29,276 hours in
total burden from 66,691 to 37,415 hours.
