VOV (Voice of Veteran) Surveys will be
used primarily to measure customer satisfaction from the Veterans
and their dependents.
In order to fully implement a
Continuous VOV Satisfaction Survey Research Program and provide
adequate measurement results to VBA leadership, a statistically
significant sample of respondents must be obtained for all VBA
regional offices. Burden hours for an individual does not change,
but the overall burden increases due to the larger sample sizes
required to continuously measure results over a 12 month period.
The same collection and burden hours will continue for the life of
the OMB control number.
