The Older Americans Act(Section
207(a)(3)instructs the Administration on Aging (AoA) to use, to the
maximum extent possible, the data collected by State agencies on
aging and other applicable sources of information in the
development of performance measures, and in compliance with the
Government Performance Results Act of 1993. The State Program
Report is the principle means of obtaining this data. This request
includes minor revisions to the format previously approved based on
State Unit on Aging feedback, program changes, and quarterly ARRA
preformance reporting.
The annual response and burden
hours have been reduced due to the expiration of ARRA performance
reporting requirements.
