This collection is a reinstatement of a previously approved information collection resulting in a program change of 4,622.63 burden hours. APEC-II includes several objectives addressed in APEC-I, but expands on that study via (1) State-level modeling (2) the inclusion of a recently introduced provision, the CEO, in the SY 2012–13 national estimate of erroneous payments.
