continue to implement their E-Government plan consistent with the
milestones identified by the grants.gov initiative. Any grant
application under this grant program is to be available for
electronic submission to grants.gov using government forms in
conjunction with agency specific forms developed by grants.gov for
NARA to date.

Grant applications provide information
needed to determine eligibility and soundness for funding.
Semiannual narrative reports, prepared by the grantees, provide
information used for grant oversight. Applications are submitted by
public and private institutions and individuals for support of
documentary editing and historical records project.
