OCCUPANCY, INDIAN HOUSING TO MEASURE THE UTILIZATION OF PUBLIC AND
INDIAN HOUSING UNITS BY LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. OCCUPANCY INFORMATION
IS USED ON A PROJECT AND NATIONAL LEVEL TO (1) ENSURE MAXIMUM
EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS ARE ACHIEVED WITH FEDERAL ASSISTANCE
FUNDS, (2) MONITOR PROGRAM PERFORMANCE, AND (3) ANALYZE FOR
PLANNING AND BUDGETING PURPOSES.
