This ICR
associated with the EPA proposed rule "Reporting and Recordkeeping
for Suspended and Canceled Pesticides" is not approved. The
previous terms of clearance directed EPA, in developing the 19(b)
policy, to evaluate the need for collecting data on how the
recalled pesticide will be transported to a storage facility, its
practical utility, and whether alternatives exist which are less
burdensome. Since this analysis is not present in this ICR, EPA has
not demonstrat that the ICR is the least burdensome approach for
recall plan requirements.
