This ICR is
approved for three years or until replaced by the ICR and 19(b)
policy/regulations currently under development except for the
collection of information from recaller/registrants concerning the
criteria used to select a storage facility. During development of
the 19(b) policy/rule, EPA shall evaluate the need for collecting
data on how the product will be transported to a storage facility,
its practical utility, and whether alternatives exis which are less
burdensome (i.e. regulation compliance certification).

SECTION 19(B) OF THE FEDERAL
PESTICIDE, FUNGICIDE AND RODENTICIDE ACT (FIFRA) AUTHORIZES THE
ADMINISTRATOR TO REQUEST THE VOLUNTARY RECALL O SUSPENDED AND
CANCELLED PESTICIDES BY REGISTRANT OF THE PESTICIDE AND OTHERS IN
THE CHAIN OF DISTRIBUTION. THE INFORMATION REPORTED TO EPA WILL BE
USED FOR INDEMNIFICATION PURPOSES AND TO PLAN FOR AGENCY
REIMBURSEMENT FOR STORAGE OF THE RECALLED PRODUCTS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
