This ICR is
approved for three years. EPA shall amend this ICR to include the
burden of the final recall and storage rule under sections 19(b)(2)
and 19(b(3) of FIFRA before the rule is promulgated. In developing
the information collection requirements of the 19(b) final rule,
EPA should evaluate the need for collecting data on how the
recalled pesticide will be transported to a storage facility, its
practical utility, and whether alternatives exist which are less
burdensome.
