In its next submission, ACF shall report any revisions to the instrument, or revised burden estimates as a result of feedback from the grantees. ACF shall also reexamine the alternatives to mandating the information collection for only a random sample of persons who enter programs. Abstract: THE RUNAWAY AND HOMELESS YOUTH BASIC CENTER PROGRAM, TRANSITIONAL LIVI PROGRAM, AND DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES TO RUNAWAY OR OTHERWISE HOMELESS YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES. MORE THAN 500 GRANTEES ARE FUNDED UNDER THESE PROGRAMS.
