This is a revision request. OSHA is adding two modified PortaCount quantitative fit-testing protocols to the Respiratory Protection Standard. The modified PortaCount protocols would be alternatives to the existing quantitative fit-testing protocols already listed in Part I.C of the Appendix A of the Respiratory Protection Standard. OSHA is requesting a program change decrease of 201,640 hours; all other burden hours and costs associated with the Respiratory Protection Standard ICR remain unchanged.
The latest form for Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134) expires 2021-08-31 and can be found here.
