The Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC or Commission) requests that the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) review the extension of the FERC-917
& 918 information collection. The information collection
activities up for renewal were that were the existing requirements
prior to FERC Order 1920 in Docket No. RM21-17-000. At the time of
the drafting of the final rule in the FERC"s Order 1920, the
collection was up for renewal. The extension was not included in
the final rule because FERC did not request the extension at the
time of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR). Therefore, the
Commission issued two public notices requesting comment on the
existing requirements unrelated to the FERC Order 1920. The
Commission did not receive any comments.

There is a small increase in
burden hours in this request for extension due to an agency
adjustment in our estimate. Previously, the burden hours related to
maintaining and submitting the Non-Discriminatory Open Access
Transmission Tariff reflected 508 hours per response, but now
believes a better estimate is 566 hours per response. This
adjustment results in an increase in burden hours of 9,385.
