Shape1 TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Survey of Prison Inmates Research and Development - Field Test


PURPOSE:


The central goals of this field test are to (1) examine the feasibility of facilities to support virtual survey administration, (2) test for potential differences in consent to data linkage based on the length of time for which survey responses could be linked to other data sources, and (3) measure the effects of administration mode on sample member participation and data quality.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:


Respondents will include incarcerated adults held in facilities operated by up to seven Departments of Corrections (DOCs) and the federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP).
