TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Online survey for soliciting training priorities.

PURPOSE: To determine which courses to offer as NHI’s “Golden Anniversary Courses” in 2020. (Goal is to offer the most useful/needed course in each state)

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: State Department of Transportation Training Directors or equivalent (SDOTs are the main customers of NHI’s training courses)
