The Commission seeks renewal of the clearance for Regional Reliability Standard BAL-502-RF-03. This Reliability Standard applies to the ReliabilityFirst Corporation, which is a Regional Entity. A Regional Entity has delegated authority granted by the Electric Reliability Organization (i.e., the North American Electric Reliability Organization), with the Commission's approval under section 215 of the Federal Power Act, Regional Reliability Standard BAL-502-RF-03 establishes necessary common criteria for the analysis, assessment and documentation of resource adequacy for load in the ReliabilityFirst region.
