This request is adding a clarifying footnote and increasing the burden due to the addition of four quarterly reports per grantee,
each of which is expected to take 30 minutes, adding 2 hours per grantee to the previously approved burden. These reports
were not included in the original burden calculation, which only included the application for funding and initial 30 day report.
