The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 5 minutes per response, including the time to review instructions, search existing data resources, gather the data needed, and complete and review the information collection. VA seeks to survey VET TEC participants that have completed or withdrew/terminated after enrolling in a program . The survey is designed to ask VET TEC participants to provide feedback about their experience with VET TEC in the form of an online survey. Also VET TEC participants may provide personal stories about their VET TEC experience, if interested.
This feedback will provide insights into the stakeholder perceptions, experiences and expectations, provide an early warning of issues with service, or focus attention on areas where communication, training or changes in operations might improve delivery of products or services. This collection will allow for ongoing, collaborative and actionable communications between VA and VET TEC participants. It will also allow feedback to contribute directly to the improvement of VET TEC program management.
