Hello,
Dear Colleagues –
Thank you again for your generous partnership in hosting [OR serving as a community partner
to] a CFPB Financial Coach at your organization. Today I am asking for a few minutes of your
time to complete a short survey on your experiences. This survey has been designed with the
specific experience of [a host organization OR a community partner] in mind and takes
approximately 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will be entirely anonymous and cannot
be connected to you, your organization, or the coach connected with your community. If you are

Although the direct services for this program ended on March 29th, the Bureau still intends to
continue supporting the growth of this field with technical assistance and research that furthers
our understanding of coaching’s impact. As part of this effort, CFPB has asked us to capture
lessons learned from our program to better understand the challenges faced by organizations
providing this service. To this end, we are interested to hear your perspective and ask that you
answer these survey questions candidly.
