Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil
Rights Division (CRT), Disability Rights Section (DRS), requests
PRA approval of a new collection that would require movie theaters
(respondents) to disclose information to the public regarding the
availability of closed movie captioning and audio description for
movies shown in their auditoriums. Movie patrons will use this
information to determine which movie showings are accessible to
individuals with hearing and vision disabilities.
