2019 DVBIC Survey Climate Assessment Email Notice and Introductory Script

DVBIC professional,

On May 7, 2019 you will have the opportunity to provide the Division Chief your views of DVBIC from a workforce perspective by participating in a five minute climate assessment. Your participation is strictly voluntary and will remain completely anonymous throughout; however, your thoughts and concerns are truly desired to make positive change. A message related to the DVBIC climate assessment will be sent you through email. The assessment will remain open for 7 business days. If you choose to participate, please follow those instructions provided by the Max Survey administrators.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this DVBIC Workforce Climate Assessment. This assessment was created specifically for DVBIC employees to provide me with a deeper understanding of your views regarding our workplace environment and how we can improve as an organization. Your responses will

be completely anonymous. My team estimates that it will take less than five minutes to complete this assessment and we encourage you to answer all of the questions as honestly as you can.
