Commission regulation 1.40 requires
that members of an exchange and futures commission merchants
provide upon request copies of any report published concerning crop
or market information affecting the price of any commodity.
Economists, as well as Surveillance and Market Analysts use this
information for market studies and in investigations of potential
price manipulation.
