Description of Relief Sought:
Petitioner seeks an exemption from
§ 121.311 to the extent necessary to
allow her son to use the CANGURU
AX2–30 35 on U.S.-registered aircraft in
commercial air carrier operations under
part 121. The petitioner states that the
CANGURU AX2–30 35 will be securely
strapped in a passenger seat and her son
will be secured with the internal
restraints.

through various electronic means.
