Changing Regulations
This revision is necessary due to the final rulemaking to rescind the final rule published on March 24, 2016, which amended the Form LM-10 Employer Report and the Form LM-20 Agreement and Activities Report filed by labor relations consultants. As a result of the rescission of the regulations established in the final rule titled “Interpretation of the `Advice' Exemption in Section 203(c) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act,” effective April 15, 2016, fewer entities will be filing the LM-10 and the LM-20 form, thus decreasing the annual number of responses and annual time burden.
