B. Collections of Information Employing Statistical Methods
1. Universe and Respondent Selection
Beginning October 1, 2010, regulation required prime awardees to disclose Federal contract and grant subaward data as well as executive compensation data based on specific dollar thresholds.
2. Procedures for Collecting Information
Information will be collected through the Federal Funding Accountability Transparency Act Subaward Reporting System (FSRS).
3. Methods to Maximize Response
Regulations requiring reporting are part of every contract and grant award document.
4. Testing of Procedures
These system requirements have been in place since October 1, 2010.
