total overall increase of 3,894 hours is the sum of two separate
causes. An increase of 2,053 hours is due to an estimated 25 new
respondents generated by the new reporting requirements established
by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) and Treasury, effective
January 1, 2017, for investments in and by certain private funds.
The remainder increase of 1,841 hours is due to an estimated 29 new
respondents that have occurred naturally since 2014.
