EIA is revising its CIPSEA
confidentiality pledge as required by the passage of the Federal
Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015. This extends the use of the
modified CIPSEA pledge that was approved under an emergency
clearance from six months to three years. This modifies the pledge
for 11 surveys that are approved under six OMB control
numbers.
