TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION:

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency – Minority Depository Institution BSA/AML Outreach Participant Response Form

PURPOSE:

This data collection would solicit input from potential participants regarding interest and location preferences. This will assist us in determining where to hold our outreach sessions.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be OCC-supervised minority depository institutions.

We anticipate approximately ___ minority depository institutions would participate and receive optional surveys.

2. The collection is low-burden for respondents and low-cost for the Federal Government.

5. Information gathered will not be used for the purpose of substantially informing influential policy decisions.

6. The collection is targeted to the solicitation of opinions from respondents who have experience with the program or may have experience with the program in the future.
