The burden has decreased by six (6) hours, and has decreased by three (3) responses from the previously approved submission. This decrease is solely due to one adjustment, which is listed in the table provided in attached supporting justification. The adjustment listed in the attached table shows the burden decreased by six (6) hours and three (3) responses. The current OMB agency inventory exhibits a total burden of 33 hours, while the present submission reflects a total burden of 27 hours. Hence, there is a total decrease in burden of six (6) hours. There is no change in costs to respondents.
