As noted in the submission summary on the first page of the attached Supporting Justification, the total requested burden for this information collection is 33 hours. The burden has increased by five (5) hours from the previously approved submission, and this increase is solely due to adjustments. The adjustments are listed in the table provided in the answer to question number 15 of Part A of the Supporting Justification. Adjustments increased the burden by five (5) hours and increased responses by three (3) responses. The current OMB agency inventory exhibits a total burden of 28 hours, while the present submission reflects a total burden of 33 hours. Hence, there is a total increase in burden of five (5) hours. There is no change in costs to respondents.
