The current OMB inventory for this collection is 903 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting a total of 897 burden hours. This represents a program change decrease of 6 burden hours; and is due to splitting out the Application for Permits to Drill (APDs) into its own collection (1014-0025)(-4 hours) and removing the General Departure and/or alternative Compliance requests associated with Subpart P into its own collection (1014-0022)(-2 hours). There are no active sulfur leases in operation on the OCS at this time.
