PL:
Pub.L. 109 - 7 2744 Name of Law: Federal Agriculture
Improvement and Reform Act of 2006
Although there was an increase
in the number of applications (from 53 to 60) and awardees (from 17
to 20) from the previous reporting period, there is a increase in
burden of 108 hours and a decrease 26 responses. This is
attributable to an adjustment in how RD accounts for burden on
standard forms now accounted for under other OMB numbers as an
RCF.
