*Due to program changes and 2014 Farm Bill Implementation, FCIC added several data elements resulting in an increase in burden hours. On Feb. 7, 2014, the President signed the Agricultural Act of 2014 (2014 Farm Bill) which continues existing programs with modifications, and authorizes several new programs administered by RMA. New pilot programs, and privately developed crop insurance programs under section 508(h) of the Act for margin protection, peanut revenue, downed rice, machine harvested cucumbers, sprinkler irrigated rice, high amylose corn, peanut revenue, clary sage, hybrid rice seed, Texas citrus tree – lime trees. These hours were added/removed from the applicable data elements above.
