TITLE: NLM Distance Learning Mentoring Program Study

ABSTRACT:

The NLM Distance Learning Mentoring Study is collecting information from students participating in a distance learning mentoring program to determine its effects on student career interests and their satisfaction with the program. Students write essays and general career and health science career inventories are administered to establish a baseline and to determine program impacts. In addition, students rate their satisfaction with the instruction they received.
