Letter to Subscribers

Dear NTRL V3.0 Subscriber,

Over the past 3 years our customers have been instrumental in helping NTIS create and subsequently improve and enhance the National Technical Reports Library. In May 2012 in part using feedback from our customers, we debuted the new generation NTRL V3.0. Although this latest iteration of the NTRL has been met with positive reaction from our subscribing community, as part of our continuing effort to work collaboratively with our customers, we will be conducting a short OMB-approved survey (OMB Control No. 0690-0030 Expiration Date 04/30/2014) to assess how we may further improve the current NTRL V3.0 and proactively outline future generations of the NTRL.

There will be a convenient link to the survey positioned on the homepage of the NTRL V3.0. The survey will be brief with completion estimated at less than 3 minutes. We encourage all of our subscribers, and their end-users to participate in the survey, so that NTIS cannot only meet, but exceed the expectations of our customers. We look forward to your participation.
