The FNS-366A is used by State agencies
to request Federal funding of State administrative costs to operate
the SNAP. The FNS-366B is used to report Program activity. The data
is used for monitoring.
This is a revision of a
currently approved collection. The proposed rule, "Automated Data
Processing and Information Retrieval System Requirements: System
Testing," reduces the reporting and recordkeeping frequency for the
APD Plan and thus reduces the total annual responses and burden
hours associated with information collection 0584-0083. As a result
of program changes due to rulemaking, the revisions result in an
overall reduction of 138.33 hours and 106 responses from the
currently approved burden in the OMB information collection
inventory.
