Other: ED is requesting approval of a change to the High School Equivalency Program (HEP: CFDA 84.141) Annual Performance Report (APR). Based on feedback from grantees, data checks and verifications were time-consuming and often confusing. ED has now included an Excel Form that automatically checks and verifies data for grantees. The change should decrease overall burden; however, there is an increase in hours due to the change in the number of grantees receiving grants and therefore required to submit an APR. The content of the questions remains the same.
