This ICR is
improperly submitted. The abstract states that the ICR is a
customer satisfaction survey. However, one of the submitted
instruments is a bomb threat survey of higher education
institutions, and the supporting statement part A is for the bomb
threat survey and not the satisfaction survey. If and when the
agency resubmits the satisfaction survey or the bomb threat survey,
it needs to provide a supporting statement part B because both
collections are statistical in nature.
