On January 28, 2013, BOEM published a notice in the Federal Register (78 FR 5836) adjusting some service fees for inflation. Regulations under § 550.125 and § 556.63 provide the authority for BOEM to adjust a number of its cost recovery service fees on an annual basis; however, these fees were last updated in 2008. Two fees in the collection for 30 CFR 550, Subpart A, were affected; therefore, BOEM is making a nonsubstantive change to this collection to reflect the updated non-hour cost burdens. These fee adjustments became effective February 2, 2013.
