Non-substantive change for RI 10-72, Customer Satisfaction Survey. For the FY 2012 survey, three questions (Numbers 13 through 15) were added to measure use of Retirement Services twitter, blog, and information video web sites. As well, the covers have been updated. We would like to print and mail the survey by mid June. Therefore we would greatly appreciate approval by the first of May.
