The purposes of the Evaluation of SNAP Nutrition Education Practice Wave II is determine whether any of the three selected projects can serve as a good example of SNAP-Ed delivery that that (1) positively affect the nutrition and health behaviors of SNAP participants while adhering to FNS Guiding Principles, (2) exhibit the potential to serve as models of effective nutrition education intervention for large segments of the SNAP audience while requiring levels of resources that are manageable by a large percentage of SNAP-Ed-implementing agencies, and (3) provide methodologically robust yet logistically practical examples of project-level SNAP-Ed evaluation efforts.

Miscellaneous Actions
For the data collection for the impact evaluation of the Iowa Nutrition Network (INN) and the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service (UKCES) nutrition education projects, we propose the addition of a post card mailing between the pre-intervention and post-intervention surveys which will increase burden by 34 hours. Additionally, there is a -593 decrease in the number of responses. We inadvertently included the non-respondent response in the table for the individual/household who did participate/respond in the prior submission.
