The Narratives, Matrices and Reporting
Requirements associated with NSP TA will allow CPD to accurately
assess the experience, expertise, and overall capacity of
applicants for technical assistance under the FY 2011 Program NOFA.
They will also allow CPD to monitor and evaluate TA progress over
the course of each grant and make necessary interventions. The new
format for this type of collection also makes it easier for
applicants to apply and report by reducing the time required for
filling out an application and reporting forms, while retaining the
utility of the previous collection methods.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
