Subject: PUBLIC COMMENT ON FEDERAL REGISTER FW: no more tax dollars spent on tobacco research - shut this down -sunset it

IT IS TIME TO STOP GOUGING TAXPAYERS TO PAY FOR "MESSAGES" TO TOBACCO SMOKERS. IT IS TIME TO SHUT THIS DOOR, IT IS TIME TO SUNSET THIS PROJECT AT CDC. THE TAXPAYERS OF THIS COUNTRY DO NOT WANT TO PAY HIGH TAXES ON THIS ISSUE ANYMORE. IT IS A DEAD ISSUE FROM 1950. THOSE WHO WERE GOING TO STOP HAVE STOPPED. IT IS LEGAL TO SELL TOBACCO IN THIS COUNTRY. WHY DONT YOU MANDATE THAT THE TOBACCO PROFITEERS SEND OUT THE MESSAGE,S, NOT THE TAXPAYERS. WHAT DID THE TAXPAYERS DO THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP THEM GOUGING THEM 50 YEARS AFTER IT WAS CLEAR TOBACCO KILLS? WHY ARE THE TAXPAEYRE BEING PUNISHED FOREVER WITH HIGH TAXES SO THIS WASHINGTON BUREAUCRATS CAN KEEP THEIR HIGH PAID JOBS DOING  NOTHING ALL DAY?

THIS BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT SHOULD BE ZERO. DOWNSIZE THIS PROJECT PERSONNEL. AMERICAN TAXPAEYRS WANT SMALLER, CHEAPER, MORE PRODUCTIVE GOVT. THIS AGENCY IS STILL IN THE 1950S WHEN THIS IS 2011. THE AMERICAN TAXPAYERS HAVE BEEN TAXED TO PAY FOR THESE STUPID SMOKERS FOR YEARS. ITS TIME TO STOP.

AMERICAN TAPAYERS DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THESE NON PRODUCTIVE INFORMATION COLLECTION SURVEYS. DONE BY HIGH PRICED WASHINGTON EMPLOYEES. IT IS TIME TO SHUT THE DOOR ON THIS PROPOSAL. IT IS LEGAL TO BUY CIGARETTES. UNTIL THEY BAN IT, PEOPLE WILL SMOKE. IT IS TIME TO GET THE CDC OUT OF THIS USELESS SPENDING OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS ON PAPERWORK LIKE THIS WHICH HELPS NOBODY.

GET THE TOBACCO PROFITEERS TO SEND OUT THE MESSAGES. MANDATE IT. STOP SENDING BILLS TO THE TAXPAEYRS OF AMERICA.
