Trail Corridors to get your opinions about this park's programs and services. If you take a questionnaire,
we would like to receive a completed before the end of your visit today. It should take about 10 minutes
to complete once you get started. Which person in your group has the next birthday (at least 18 years
old)? Are you willing to participate?
If YES – ask non response bias questions. Record responses in spaces provided on
the tracking sheet.
If NO– (soft refusal) - ask if they would be willing to answer non response bias
